Quick Help

  • Not saving? Check Photos permissions.

  • App freezing? Force quit and reopen.

  • Export issues? Try saving first, then sharing.

  • Capture your first exposure, then capture the second. Dubblr combines each automatically.

  • Your final image may be saved at a standard aspect ratio. If something looks off, share the steps you took and a screenshot.

  • Saved photos go to your iPhone Photos app.

Dubblr is designed to work entirely on your device. We do not collect, store, transmit, sell, or share any personal data or usage data from within the app. Dubblr has no accounts, no analytics, no ads, and no trackers.

Information We Collect

None.
Dubblr does not collect personal information, contact information, device identifiers, precise location, photos, videos, usage data, diagnostics, or analytics.

Permissions Dubblr Uses

Dubblr may request access to the following iOS permissions so the app can function:

  • Camera: Required to show the live camera preview and capture photos.

  • Photos (Photo Library): Used only if you choose to save a photo to your library.

Dubblr uses these permissions only to perform the actions you request. Your images remain on your device unless you choose to save or share them.

Photos, Saving, and Sharing

  • When you save a photo, it is saved to your device’s Photos library.

  • When you tap Share, iOS displays Apple’s share sheet so you can share your photo using apps and services you choose. Dubblr does not receive the recipients of your shares and does not access what you do after leaving the app.

If you use iCloud Photos, Apple may sync your images across your devices as part of Apple’s services. Dubblr does not control or access iCloud syncing.

Third-Party Services

Dubblr does not integrate third-party analytics, advertising SDKs, tracking tools, or data brokers.

Purchases

Dubblr is sold on the App Store and payments are processed by Apple. We do not receive your payment details.

Data Retention

Because Dubblr does not collect any data, we do not retain app user data on servers.
